Yes. We work to Pantone references where possible, or can match from a physical sample or existing tie. Your sales advisor will confirm the closest available colour at the design stage.
Lead times vary depending on fabric and quantity. UK production is typically faster than overseas. Contact us for a current turnaround estimate — we’re known for having some of the shortest lead times in the industry.
Yes. If your club already has an established design, send us a sample or image and we’ll work from that. We can reproduce or refresh it as needed.
Bespoke ties usually refer to ties made fully to your own specification, including fabric, weave, colours and finish. Personalised ties are often used more broadly to mean ties customised with a logo, colours or design details. In practice, both terms are highly relevant for custom tie searches.
Yes, always. A made-up proof sample is included as standard. Your full order only goes into production once you’ve approved it.
